An obstetrician-gynecologist, ultrasonologist, and reproductive infectious disease specialist, Dr. Noble has devoted her life to women, mothers, children, and families. Her advanced training in the Philippines and abroad reflects a lifelong pursuit of safer, more responsive care.
Her medical and leadership formation has taken her from UP–Philippine General Hospital and Ateneo to specialist programs in India, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Prague, London, and Harvard Medical School’s Leadership in Medicine–Southeast Asia course.
As an owner and founding leader of The Black Nazarene Hospital, Inc., she helped turn a vision of accessible care into a growing healthcare institution in Ilocos Norte. She is also an owner of Inter-Asia Academy, advancing education as another path to community transformation.
Her role in education goes beyond administration or lecturing. As an academy owner, associate professor, resource speaker, researcher, and contributor to professional guidelines, she creates opportunities for learners while sharing the discipline, ethics, and humanity behind excellent care.

Since beginning her Rotary journey in 2018, Dr. Noble has served as Club President of the Rotary Club of Laoag Sunshine in 2020, Assistant Governor, District Secretary, district learning team member, and district officer for maternal and child health and disease prevention and treatment. She is now with the Rotary Club of Health Keepers.
She led during the pandemic with courage and compassion. District 3790 recognized her as an Outstanding President, Outstanding Rotarian, Outstanding Frontliner, and recipient of a Leadership Award.
During the chartering of the Rotary Club of Health Keepers, she served not only as the District Governor’s Special Representative but as its guiding-light adviser—encouraging its leaders, shaping its service direction, and helping the new club find its purpose. She also sponsors new members into Rotary.

Behind Dr. Noble’s public life is a family that gives her strength, balance, and inspiration. Her roles as a wife and mother are not separate from her service—they are the foundation of the compassion and perseverance she brings to every patient, learner, institution, and community.
Before every professional title, Dr. Mary Jane Bonoan-Noble is a wife and a mother. Family is the quiet center of her life—the source of the compassion, endurance, and responsibility she carries into medicine, education, business, and Rotary.
Her story unites medicine and management, ownership and institution-building, research and compassion, achievement and public purpose. Her service continues wherever women need safer care, learners need guidance, hospitals need stronger systems, and Rotary clubs need encouragement.
With skill in her hands, compassion in her heart, and Service Above Self as her guide, she continues to turn leadership into healing—and hope into action.
